Terry Shiundu

Terry Shiundu is a human resource and administration professional with over 15 years of experience working in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. Terry is the Senior Director of People and Culture at Village Enterprise. She joined Village Enterprise in 2019 from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC) where she worked at the Africa Regional office as a Senior HR Officer and previously worked with MicroEnsure overseeing Human Resources and Administration for Africa, and LVCT Health as a Human Resource and Administration Officer. Terry has served on the Boards of Christ Compassion Ministry and Inua Kike among others, and has been a Mentor with Global Give Back Circle and Akili Dada. Terry is a speaker, a certified kids coach with Adventures in Wisdom. She also serves as a Pastor at Exploits Worship Centre .
