Zipporah Mbula Kuria Biography

Zipporah is a strategic Organizational Development, HR Professional & Trainer with over 15 years of experience in Senior Leadership positions, working in the NGO, FMCG, education and hospitality sectors. She is a Biblical entrepreneur and currently the co-founder and CEO of Aurum Consultants, an HR, Risk Advisory & Training firm. She also sits on various advisory boards. In addition, Zipporah is a certified and licensed HR practitioner, a mentor, a motivational speaker and a leader in church. Her passion is to see a transformation in the workplace through equipping both employees and business executives with the necessary tools for successful workplace. She currently runs a Graduate Internship & Mentorship Program whose goal is to prepare young college graduates for the labor market.

Qualification

Zippy, as commonly known, holds a Bachelor degree in HR from KEMU University, Higher Diploma in HR & CHRP. She is currently pursuing a CS training with her focus being corporate governance and an MBA with University of East London.
