Allan Bukusi is a distinguished strategic compensation and benefits consultant, leadership trainer, and enterprise development expert with over twenty years’ experience in human resource development, organizational transformation, and executive leadership advisory. He specializes in salary surveys, job analysis, job evaluation, salary grading, and strategic performance alignment across public service, NGO, and corporate sectors. Allan has led and delivered over 300 consulting assignments, interacting with thousands of professionals across medium-to-large local and global organizations in diverse industries. A seasoned leadership development practitioner, Allan is adept in training needs analysis, curriculum design and delivery, strategy development and implementation, corporate transformation, and facilitating sustainable organizational change. He has conducted leadership and management assignments in Kenya, Ghana, Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Malawi, Mozambique, India, and engaged with participants from over 40 African countries. His research advances Afrocentric transformative business leadership theory, and he is the author of over a dozen books and peer-reviewed academic journal articles in leadership, management, and personal development. Allan has served in multiple capacities including consultant, founding CEO, board member, academic committee chair, adjunct lecturer, and entrepreneur. His leadership journey spans corporate consulting, higher education, institutional governance, and enterprise development. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and a Member of the College of Human Resource Management (CHRM).
